Hi, I’m Patricia.
I’m the Founder & CEO of The Innovative Practice. My mission is to support yours, providing strategic planning & execution guidance for nonprofits with compelling missions and worthy populations to serve. If you’re reading this, I’m guessing your organization is standing on the brink of achieving lofty goals, but somehow got off track. Do any of these situations resonate with you?
Funding is down. Your mission is no less urgent, but your donors have closed their wallets (through no fault of your own) and grants are increasingly difficult to obtain. How do you overcome this obstacle?
Your staff is burning out and the culture you all worked tirelessly to create is cracking. How do you reignite the spark when people clearly need a break? And a raise.
The board is restless, and getting impatient with results. Some are questioning your leadership. Infighting has begun. Although their concerns may be valid, their energy is not focused on what they could be doing to support the organization now. Is this a teaching moment?
Maybe you’re new to your role and don’t yet feel connected enough to the staff, board, donors or mission to make a meaningful impact. What kind of training and support would help you most in this new season?
With a complete assessment of your organization - to understand where you are, where you want to be, where the gaps are, what’s working and what isn’t - we can guide you to the path where your success is waiting, quicker than you thought possible!
